Finding a Home

Realtor.com is another site that all of the area listings filter into.

You can virtually walk through many of our office's listings on YouTube at www.EnidHomeTours.com.

If you'd like listings e-mailed to you as they become available, with your criteria, just let one of us know. We can get you set up on automatic notifications so you'll know right away when a home comes on the market that fits your needs.

FINANCING

Types of Mortgages

30-Year Fixed
This is the most common type of mortgage, where your interest rate remains the same over the life of the loan. The principal and interest portion of your monthly payment will not change.

15-Year Fixed
Same as above, but payoff period is 15 years. The interest rate is usually lower and equity is built up faster, but payments are higher.

FHA & VA
Government-insured or guaranteed mortgages, often with little or no down payment. The homes must meet FHA or VA appraisal requirements. VA requires current or past military service and has a funding fee.

ARM - Adjustable Rate Mortgage
The interest rate changes over time, usually starting low, then change according to the terms.
