Jimmy

Bonnie

Kara Ormston is a native of Northwest Oklahoma. She attended grade school at Kremlin-Hillsdale Elementary and moved on to Oklahoma Bible Academy in Enid for the remainder of her secondary education. Kara attended Phillips University and Oklahoma State University where she studied English literature and creative writing.
Kara spent the first 10 years of her professional life serving customers in retail sales, including managing retail stores in Midwest City and Oklahoma City. Kara then followed in her father, Terry Kirton’s footsteps and dove into the insurance field. Kara spent 5 years of her life working in the Loss Control department of Enid’s own Triangle Insurance Company. While working at Triangle, Kara married David Ormston, college sweetheart, and they now have 2 children. Katy and Matthew kept Kara busy as a stay-at-home mom for the four years prior to her coming to join ERA Nicholas. Kara’s husband, David, is a successful local building contractor and owner of Ormston Construction Company.
Kara serves our Enid community wholeheartedly. Kara’s family is active in their church, Emmanuel Baptist, where Kara leads a weekly women’s Bible study. Kara and David also volunteer their time in the church with special plays and productions. Kara is a member of Enid’s Junior Welfare League where she chairs and co-chairs some committees. She also enjoys reading, gardening, exercising and helping David with the design aspects of remodeling homes.

Molly
Nicholas, EMRS, is a native of Northwest Oklahoma and a 21 year Enid
resident. A Top Ten Graduate of Oklahoma State University, College of
Human and Environmental Services, Molly holds degrees in Child
Development and Community Services.
Through her previous associations with Camp Fire, The Department of
Human Services, Phillips University and Learning Tree Preschool, Molly
has become acquainted with many in our community.
Molly is the wife of Jimmy and mother of two wonderful children, Cassidy
and Jake. She is a member of the First Presbyterian Church and has
served as a Deacon and Elder. Molly has been active in various Civic
Organizations and Community Service boards including the March of Dimes,
and the Enid Public School Foundation. She has also volunteered in the
Enid Public Schools.
After 21 years in the Early Childhood Education field, Molly retired to
spend more time with her family. Ironically, that is exactly what she
will be doing as an associate of Nicholas Real Estate! Molly has
extensive experience in customer relations and public service. Whether

Originally from Montana, Rick Goben, EMRS, has also lived in North and South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, and Florida, before settling in Enid. Rick and his wife Charity have two girls, Alexis and Mikaela that help keep them "young." Charity is the Physician's Assistant (P.A.) for the Advance Food Company Employee Health and Wellness Center.
Rick's educational studies include graduating from York College in York, NE, with a Bachelors Degree in Biblical Studies/Business Management. He has worked as a youth minister, both inside and outside sales positions, and also has managed several departments within the Student Services Division of a Nebraska community college, before deciding upon a career in real estate.
Rick is an active member of the Garriott Road Church of Christ serving as the Deacon of Fellowship and formerly the Deacon of Education. He has been an active member and officer in Kiwanis and is currently on the board of the Enid Noon Kiwanis and enjoys driving the train. Rick is also on the board for Leonardo's Discovery Warehouse in Enid and has always enjoyed being involved in many other community based organizations. Rick also is a Board Member of Enid Metro Association of Realtors.

Susan
Root, CRS, e-Pro, EMRS, grew up in Cheyenne Valley and graduated from Fairview High
School.
She has worked with the public for the past 17 years and enjoys meeting
people and helping them find exactly what they need. She lives in Lahoma
with her husband Eddy, who works for Southwestern Bell. She has two
children and 3 stepchildren.

Tani Mahaffey and her husband, Shawn, a finance manager at Northcutt Chevrolet, are both Enid natives, attending Enid Public Schools. Together they have a daughter, Keiley, and two sons, Logan and Brennen.
Music plays a major role in her family's lives. Tani sings backup while Shawn displays his talents on the drums in their band, Faded Glory.
